Amazing treadmill that works well and worth it!! I tried other treadmills and this one works the best because I get to walk while working. I am able to put my laptop on the treadmill and work while walking. It is easy to set up and fold down with a simple twist on the screw.

This smith machine with cables is great! We did upgrade to the steel pulleys right out of the gate after reading all the reviews about how smooth it is. It was extremely easy to put together which was surprising to be honest, the instructions are clear except with the cables, the instructions aren’t very clear but they offer a video right here on the item photos in Amazon and we got them through in just a few minutes with the video. Some of the weights for the cables showed up damaged, which Mikolo immediately shipped replacements. The entire process has been great and the machine itself is perfect and does everything we need it to do!

I’ve been using this treadmill regularly, and overall it gets the job done. The belt is wide enough to feel comfortable while running, and the machine feels stable even at higher speeds. I like how quickly it starts up and how simple the controls are—no complicated setup or menus. It is a dependable option for staying active indoors, especially when the weather isn’t great.

Easy to understand in terms of powering on, and the interface (calories burned, distance, speed, etc.). I connected my headphones to my phone ,watched my show (Watson 💕) and walked a mile. If you need all of the bells and whistles, THIS IS NOT FOR YOU. There’s no auto incline, no Bluetooth, it’s manual folding. It was comfortable for my height. I’m 5’2”. If you’re 5+ inches taller than that, it may be too small. For the items that are manual that I’ve tried: Again, easy to set up; after I walked for 27 mins, I was able to unplug and unscrew 4 screws in less than a minute, fold it and slid it under my bed. I’ll come back for an update when I try the incline. Great value for what you pay for. Would buy again and again! Thank you!
